[Armadillo:02313] Armadillo-220+USBメモリでファイルシステムパニック

お世話になります、平井です。
Armadillo-220でUSBメモリを自動マウントしたらファイルシステムパニックとなります。
エラーが出ない時もありますが・・・。
関係していると思われるデータを下記に添付します。

■使用しているUSBメモリ
microSD⇔USBのアダプター Donyaダイレクト DN-CR-T02 Black
microSD A-DATA microSD 256MB
ファイルシステムはFAT32、FATどちらでもエラー出ます。
