[Armadillo:07482] Linuxをブートせずに独自OSをブートする方法

初めて投稿させていただきます。
川島と申します。よろしくお願いします。

１．Armadillo440を使って、独自のOSをブートしようと考えています。
    この場合、Hermit-Atを使って、ダウンロード＆ブートを行うと考えてよかっ
たでしょうか。
    他にも方法があるのでしょうか。

２．i.MX25の内部ROMは、どのような機能のプログラムが入っているのでしょうか
。

３．i.MX25のE-Fusesの設定はどのようになっているのでしょうか。
