[Suzaku:00207] Problem with NFS

Dear All
I have NFS installed the export is linked to folder to be shared.
but in the client, I get error msg below when i try to mount the folder.

# mount -t nfs 172.20.73.64:/home/shakith/my_share /mnt -o wsize=4096,rsize=4096
mount: 172.20.73.64:/home/shakith/my_share failed, reason given by server: Permission denied
mount: nfsmount failed: Bad file descriptor
NFS: mount program didn't pass remote address!
mount: Mounting 172.20.73.64:/home/shakith/my_share on /mnt failed: Invalid argument

Anyone can help with this?
The folder has write,read permission for all users.
