[Suzaku:01773] SUZAKU AV Boardのデフォルトプロジェクトのコンフィグレーションのエラーについて

はじめまして、松井と申します。
FPGA初心者でSUZAKUでFPGA入門となります。

症状
・デフォルトのプロジェクトがコンフィギュレーション出来ない

発生の状況

スターターキット付属のSUZAKU　SZ410ZをAVBoardを取付、
1.フラッシュメモリの書き換え
	Hermitを用いfpga-sz410-siv-101i-20090427.binとimage-sz410-siv_atmark-dist-20090318_linux-2.6.18-at11.binを書き込みました
2.動作確認を実施
	デモプログラムも正常に機能しました
3.デフォルトプロジェクトにIPコアの追加
	xps_siv00_v1_00_cのdocに入っているxps-siv00_100c_Data_Sheet.pdfに従いmhs、ｍｓｓ、ucfにコードを追記、及び変更を実施
4.プロジェクトのコンフィギュレーション
	Device Configuraation→Update Bitstreamで下記エラーが発生しコンフィギュレーションがうまく出来ません

	またHardware→generate Bitstreamも同様のエラーで通りません
	自身のコードミスかと思いデフォルトのプロジェクトになにも手を加えずコンフィギュレーションを行った場合も同様のエラーで通りません。
	さらに同僚の別のPCでコンフィギュレーションを行った場合も同様でした。

コミュニティーを検索してみましたが本件に関する質問は無いようでしたので質問させていただきました。
