上記ログより、ファイルシステムが壊れているように思えます。
umount することなく、電源を切断したりしませんでしたか?

CFやHDDなどのデバイスを使用するのであれば、
ext3ファイルシステムの方が障害に強いので、こちらの利用をお勧めします。

mke2fs で -j オプションを付ければ、ext3ファイルシステムを作成できます。
詳しくは man に記載されています。
