[Armadillo:03501] webcam on armadillo-300

I tried to install webcam driver on armdillo-300 so i make menuconfig as
follow :
+ V4l :y
+ pwc : y

But when i plugged my webcam in armadillo-300 ,it noticed :

pwc Philips webcam module version 9.0.2-unofficial loaded.
pwc Supports Philips PCA645/646, PCVC675/680/690, PCVC720[40]/730/740/750 &
PCVC
830/840.
pwc Also supports the Askey VC010, various Logitech Quickcams, Samsung

usbcore: registered new driver Philips webcam
usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using ns9750-ohci and address 2
pwc Logitech QuickCam 4000 Pro USB webcam detected.
pwc Registered as /dev/video0.

There was no video0 in /dev/ and i tried to use "cat command"

[email@hidden (ttyAM0) /]# cat /dev/video0
cat: /dev/video0: No such file or directory

Is something wrong ? Anyone can help me, please
