そういうことだったのですね．
df　みても1GB近くあるので，出来ているものだと思い込んでいました…．

早速，再度環境の再構築を行いました．
apt-get install が正しく行えるようになりました．
ありがとうございます．


もう少しマニュアルを注意深く読むようにしたいと思います．
