 佐原です。

 config.log の詳細をみましたが、Linux初心者の私にはなにやらよくわかりません。

 確認ですが、libftdi-0.17 の場所ですが、
 Out of Tree (atmark-dist-20100310の外)で問題ありませんでしょうか。

 ATDE2インストールして試してみます。
