[Armadillo:06560] Armadillo500FXにてrepoコマンド と emacsコマンドが使えない

お世話になっております。
東芝の上村です。
 
Armadillo500FXにてrepoコマンド　と emacsコマンドが使えませんが、使えるようにするにはどのようにすればよいでしょうか？
お忙しいところ真に申し訳ありませんが、ご教示頂けないでしょうか。
 
repo init -u git://android.git.kernel.org/platform/manifest.git -b android-2.1_r2
 
emacs .repo/local_manifest.xml
 
repo sync
