そうすると、エラーになったときには何か別のコンパイラを使用しているのでしょうか？

[armadillo ~/libvirt-0.9.9]# ./configure
[armadillo ~/libvirt-0.9.9]# make 2>&1 | tee make.log

としたときの、config.logとmake.logを添付していただくことはできますか？
