ログを読む限りでは、
デバイスは発見されているが
その後の書き込みに失敗している状態のようです。

思いつくのは、ケーブルの接続くらいです。。
使っているのはパラレルケーブルIIIですよね？

一度、他のbitファイルの書き込みはうまくいくのか確認してもらえますか？
昔、書き込めていたbitファイルなどあったらそのファイルでお願いします。
