これまで試したことをまとめてみます。
１．TCK Speed/Baud Rate　を下げる

３．Platform Cable USBを使う場合の書込み方法を試す

どの方法を試しても、iMPACTで、「Program Faild」と表示されてしまいます。
iMPACTの立ち上げから書込み失敗まで、下のようなメッセージが出ます。
JTAG-CLKを下げて、コンソールの出力内容が途中で止まることはありません。
何かほかに気付いたことがあったらご連絡いただけると助かります。
