haven't tried by myself but camserv is looking at the old libjpeng in
the atmark dist tarball instead of the one you installed form cross
package.  some tweeking in the makefile for camserv might fix the
error but I don't exactly know where off the top of my head.

not all package in the atmark dist is tested for our products.
because atmark dist itself was derived work of uClinux-dist, which had
all of these package and we still contain it in our atmark dist.

would you mind to explain what you really want to do? do you really
need camserv?
