[Armadillo:04639] Armadillo-220でNANDフラッシュを認識しない

はじめまして。
光本と申します。

この度、NANDフラッシュを購入しArmadillo-220で使用しようと
したのですが、NANDフラッシュを認識してくれません。

環境は
本体　　：Armadillo-220
NAND　　：OP-NF256MRTC-20
ローダー：loader-armadillo2x0-eth-v1.1.21.bin
カーネル：linux-a220-1.10.bin.gz
ユーザー：romfs-a220-base-1.10.img.gz

この環境で以下のコマンドを実行してもエラーとなります。
flash_eraseall -j /dev/mtd4
flash_eraseall: /dev/mtd4: No such device

原因についてご教示お願い致します。
