asxって、asfの meta file的存在ですよね？ asxの中で指定しているのは
asfファイルですか？

さらに、asfはコンテナフォーマットなので、その中にあるデータは
なにで encode されていますか？

asxのをパースして、asfの入れ物から中に入っているデータを取り出し、
データをデコードできるだけのオプションがあれば、良いと思います。
