[Armadillo:07802] Armadillo500FXでの再起動の失敗

お世話になります。鈴木です。
Armadillo-500FXで開発しています。
現在アプリからシステムをリブートする時があるのですが、
時々システムの起動が失敗する時があります。
再度電源を入れ直すと普通に立ち上がります。
原因はUSBコントローラの初期化で失敗しているようなのですが
(USBデバイスは使用していません)
どのように解決すればよいのかご教授頂きたく投稿させて頂きました。
宜しくお願い致します。
