[Armadillo:09351] gstreamerのpluginがインストールできない

お世話になっております．
山内と申します．

現在，IPカメラからのストリーミング動画(h.264)をarmadillo-810内に保存するために，
gstreamerを利用しようと考えております．

標準では，プラグインが不足していたため，
ユーザーランドコンフィグレーションのgstreamerのplugins内の項目に，
とりあえず，すべてチェックを入れました．
そして，armadilloにユーザーランドのimageを書き込み後，gst-inspectでチェックをしてみたのですが，

[email@hidden (ttySC2) ~]# gst-inspect-0.10 rtp                                                                            
No such element or plugin 'ftp'

となり，rtpプラグインのみインストールできていないor認識できていないようです．

念のため．ユーザーランドコンフィグレーションのgstreamerのplugins内のrtpの項を確認はしましたが，チェックは入っているようです．
また，armadillo-810内に/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstrtp.soが存在することも確認しました．

rtpプラグインを使いたいのですが，どのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか？
よろしくお願いします．

ちなみに，開発環境のATDE5にて，gst-inspectで確認すると，以下のようになります．
