[Armadillo:09086] Armadillo-300のエラーについて

お世話になります。堀と申します。

Armadillo-300でコンパクトフラッシュ（メーカー名 … Silicon Power，
型番 … SP016GBCFC200V10）にdebianを構築して使用しているのですが、
以下のエラーが頻繁に発生して停止してしまいます。

また、コンパクトフラッシュを使用しないでArmadillo-300を起動した場合
は、正常に動作します。
原因、調査方法等について、情報がありましたらご教示お願いします。

Armadillo-9の場合なので関係ないかもしれませんが、以下のURLに
大容量CFを使用すると、MULTIREAD/WRITEコマンドが規定内で終わらない
ため、”hda: status timeout:status=0xd0 { Busy }” となる、という
記載がありました。
